House Manager Job Offer and Vacancy
An UHNW family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) based in Knightsbridge, London, UK is looking for an experienced and responsible House Manager to ensure smooth running of their residence and supervise 25 employees (handymen, drivers, bodyguards, housekeepers, laundresses, etc).
The right candidate will be well-organised, and have excellent managerial skills. They will report to the family office of the clients.
The position is live out, accommodation is not provided.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to manage large households
- Fluent English
- Russian will be an advantage

Duties and responsibilities
- Looking after the house
- Management of the household personnel
- Supervising and controlling the work of personnel
- Managing staff rotas
- Ensuring smooth running of the household
- Organising the household
- Managing stock and supply operations
- Dealing with sub-contractors for maintenance
- Providing financial reports
- Conducting inventories on a regular basis
- Liaising with and reporting to the family office
