Domestic Couple Job
A HNW family is looking for a domestic couple to maintain and manage their 4000 sqft Tuscan style villa in Santa Barbara, California, US. It is a 3-floor villa with a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool and a guesthouse. The family stays in the villa only during weekends and holidays. The villa should be well-organized and well-kept at all times. This is a live-in position.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a domestic couple
- Fluent English
- Driving license for both
- Valid references from previous employers
- Handyman skills
- Excellent knowledge of gardening
- Good organization skills
- Housekeeping skills
- Cooking skills
- Knowledge of table service
- Energetic and dynamic people

Duties and responsibilities
- Being responsible for garden work (moving the lawn, weeding, taking care of garden and flowerbeds)
- Maintaining swimming pool and terrace
- Being in charge of maintenance of garden equipment
- Being responsible for minor repairing works (plumbing, painting, repairing of electricity)
- Being responsible for the security of the villa
- Performing driving duties when required
- Housekeeping (deep cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and polishing)
- Cooking for the principals when in the villa
- Providing table service
- Packing and unpacking suitcases
- Taking care of valuable surfaces (wood, marble, etc.)
- Laundering and ironing delicate fabrics
- Taking care of VIP wardrobe
- Liaising with outside contractors when necessary
- Expenditure reporting
- Grocery shopping
Schedule
Full time 5 days per week
Flexibility required when the principals stay in the property

Separate accommodation will be provided.
