Chef / Cook in Imperia, Italy


A high-profile client is looking for a Chef /Cook for his private yacht (53 m) which is located in the Mediterranean, between the port of Imperia in Italy and Nice, France. The candidate must have experience working in a similar position.  

There will always be 5 permanent crew members on the yacht. At this time there are a Mate, a Stewardess and a Sailor. 
Start: As soon as possible. It is a seasonal position, until November 2017.  

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Cooking dishes of European cuisine for the owner of the yacht and guests 
  • Cooking dishes of the Italian cuisine  
  • Creating menus 
  • Table setting 
  • Groceries shopping 
  • Tidying and organizing the kitchen after use   

Requirements 

  • Experience of working as a Chef/Cook on private yachts 
  • Fluent English   
  • Valid EU passport  
  • Ability to cook Italian dishes, any other cuisine will be a plus
