Live-out Head Housekeeper Job
Family who lives in Los Angeles, California, US is looking for a live out housekeeper fort their beautiful property.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Five (5) days a week (Monday thru Friday)
- Arriving at 7:AM to help with breakfast with the kids
- Dealing with vendors when needed
- Running the vacuum
- Cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and common areas
- Doing laundry and ironing: bed sheets and towels
- Managing the master closet with a special attention; sorting out items for dry cleaner and those for laundry
- Dusting everywhere
- Running errands: pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc.
- Making the grocery list and shopping for it
- Being flexible with the weekly schedule (to help for dinner parties and special events)
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a California driving license
- Must have a US passport or a US working visa (Green Card)
- Must be a very well organized and a very clean employee
- Must have a respectful relationship with the principals
- Honest, discreet and completely trustworthy
- Proper grooming standards are required, casual appropriate uniform to be maintained by the employee (no ripped jeans, no ripped t-shirts, no sweat pants)
- Adhere to a background check (credit & criminal)
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual gross salary very competitive
- Medical Insurance provided
- Monthly car allowance of $400.00
- Paid vacation time is 3 weeks per year (scheduled when the family is traveling abroad)
- Major holidays paid but might be flexible
