Estate Manager Job and Vacancy
UHNW client is looking for an experienced Estate Manager to maintain his properties in Qatar, USA and Western Europe. The right candidate should have experience in managing several houses simultaneously. Most of the time the candidate will spend in Qatar and manage the main residence. There are staff in each property and the Estate Manager is going to liaise with them.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience working as an Estate Manager
- Fluent English, good command of Arabic, other languages will be a plus
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skill
- Available to travel worldwide
- High knowledge of management processes
- Experience in purchasing valuable items will be a plus
- Trustworthy
- Discreet
- Driving licence
Duties and responsibilities
- Management of the mansion in Qatar and other countries
- Household staff management
- Running the budget
- Making travelling arrangements
- Maintaining the properties’ security
- Recruiting and hiring staff
- Purchasing valuable items on request
- Travelling between the properties
- Liaising with staff and suppliers
- Receiving phone calls and correspondence
- Running errands
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible: 9am – 8pm
Accommodation
Accommodation for the Estate Manager is provided (staff house on the territory of the property).
Salary and Contract
- Negotiable/depends on the candidate’s profile
- Permanent position
- Trial period – 2 months
