Handyman Job and Vacancy

A foreign family is looking for a handyman to maintain their 7-bedroom house in Divonnes-les-Bains, France. The Principals spend 1 week per month in the property. It is a live-in position.
 
Requirements
  •  2-3 years’ experience 
  • English speaking 
  • French as a plus
  • Driving License
  • Technical education 
  • Multi-purpose person

Duties and responsibilities
  • Full maintenance of the house
  • Dealing with plumbing 
  • Dealing with electricity issues 
  • Handling any technical issues 
  • Cleaning outside the property 
  • Going for shopping 
  • Performing chauffeur duties
  • Responsible for the security of the house
  • Minor repairs in the house 
  • Running errands
 
Schedule
5 days/week 
8-9 hours per day with breaks 
Flexible hours when the family is in the property

Accommodation – separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette inside the property 
Car provided 
Trial period – 3-6 month
 
Salary 
2 500 euro net per month
