Nanny in Cologny, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland

​Family based in Cologny in Switzerland is looking for a nanny to take care of their 2.5-year-old twins (a boy and a girl).  
The nanny may live in and or live out. 
There is another nanny looking after the children at the moment. 
The children will go to kindergarten (French school) in September 2016. There is also a housekeeper working for the family. 
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a nanny for private families 
  • Native English speaker
  • Dynamic, warm and loving person
  • Able to commit for a long term 
  • Able to travel with the family within Europe

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Look after the children
  • Take the children to extra-curricular activities 
  • Organise activities and educational games for the children 
  • Participate in the games with the children 
  • Follow the hygiene and safety rules 
  • Communicate with the parents about the environment and daily routine of the children 
  • Bathe the children and put them to sleep
  • Look after the children’s clothes: laundry and ironing 
  • Raise the children and participate in their development 
  • Accompany the family on holidays (the candidate must be available and flexible)
  • Travel with the family and prepare the children’s luggage 

Work Schedule
Full time 
13:00 to 21:00 – Monday to Friday

The position may be either live-in or live-out. 
 
Accommodation  
A room with a bathroom shared with another domestic worker. 

Salary  
Live-in position: 4500 – 5500 Swiss francs net per month
Live-out position: 5500 – 6500 Swiss francs net per month
