A family is looking for an experienced and hardworking Domestic Couple to care of and manage their 4 bedroom house of 300 m2 in Monte Vista (Cape Town), South Africa. The land area is 630 m2.
The family resides in the estate twice a year: in the summer season and in winter (during 2 months). So the couple should be ready to work and live in the house almost all year round on their own.

Duties and responsibilities
- Taking full care of the house
- Managing the estate
- Complete housekeeping (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, scullery, laundry)
- Washing windows, floors and walls
- Cleaning of all the surfaces
- Laundry and ironing
- Light cooking (when the family lives in the house)
- Performing the duties of a Handyman/Handywoman
- Minor works
- Garden, pool and braai room maintenance
- Car maintenance
- Ensuring the proper work of all the communication of the house
- Shopping for groceries and cleaning agents
- Resolving all the technical malfunctions of the house
- Permanent liaising with principals
