Private Helicopter Pilot Job


HNW Client is looking for a private Helicopter Pilot in Pretoria to provide a safe transportation to various locations for business or/and personal purposes.  The client needs someone able to perform his duties in a highly professional manner. 

Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience as Helicopter Pilot/Instructor for a private client
  • Total flight hours – 3000
  • Flight Training
  • Valid Commercial Helicopter Pilot Licence (CPL(H))
  • Private Helicopter Pilot Licence (PPL(H)) would be a big plus
  • Medical Certificate
  • Fluent English
  • Clean criminal record
  • Good communication skills

Duties and responsibilities
  • Transporting the client to various locations for business or/and personal purposes, locally mainly 
  • Undertaking thorough checks of all system controls, equipment and fuel prior to and during the flight.
  • Checking weather forecasts, determining the safest and quickest flight plans
  • Maintaining all equipment to the highest standards of security and service
  • Managing all financial matters related to fuel, stocks and supplies, landing and/or flight charges, taxes etc. related to the helicopter.
  • Ensuring the safety of helicopter flights
  • Performing safe flights at any weather conditions

The schedule is flexible and agreed with a client

Accommodation 
This is a live out position. An accommodation in a hotel is provided while travelling
