Domestic Couple Job and Vacancy


​English family is looking for a domestic couple to look after and manage their residence (500m2) in Cape Town. The couple will be responsible for the cleanliness of the house, cooking, and taking care of the children. 

Shared duties and responsibilities
  • Chauffeur duties 
  • Full maintenance of the car
  • Handy man duties inside the house  
  • Maintenance of a swimming pool and the yard
  • Cleaning windows and the façade of the house 
  • Taking children to and from school
  • Cooking healthy meals for 5 people
  • Table service 
  • Dish washing 
  • Shopping for food, flowers and products for the house
  • Laundry, ironing, wardrobe management 
  • Cleaning all the rooms 
  • Babysitting (in the evenings) 

Requirements
  • 5 years’ experience working with a private family
  • Clean driving license for both
  • Excellent command of English
  • Cooking Certificate (or relevant)
  • Discreet and tempered character
  • Initiative and flexible  

5-6 days/week 
Schedule is to be agreed with the principals 

High salary for the right candidate.
Start – ASAP 

This is a live-in full-time position. The fully furnished 1-bedroom house in the territory of the residence provided. (Bills included)
