Laundress Job and Vacancy
Family of 5 is looking for a full-time live-out laundress to take care of the everyday clothes, luxury haute-couture clothes, house linen and the wardrobe in a 7-bedroom family country home.
Duties and responsibilities include
- Wardrobe management
- Organising the wardrobe according to the seasons
- Managing regular washing and ironing of everyday clothing of the family
- Managing regular washing and ironing of house linen
- Taking care of luxury clothes
- Maintaining cleaning equipment (washing machines, tumble dryers, irons etc.)
- Steam ironing
Requirements for the candidate
- 5 years’ experience in washing, ironing and handling of all fabrics
- English speaking
- Flexible
- Hard-working
- Team-player
Working hours
5 days/week (Monday – Friday)
9 hours/day
Occasional weekends
