Live-in Housekeeper/Maid Job and Vacancy


​An English lady living in Geneva is looking for a live-in housekeeper to look after her 3-bedroom flat.

Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience 
  • Checkable references
  • Good cooking skills
  • Good French
  • Candidate with the valid Swiss work permit or a European, for whom it could easily be obtained
  • Preferably with a driving license
  • Non-smoker
  • Flexible

Duties and responsibilities
  • Cooking meals for the lady (no meat, Mediterranean, English cuisine) 
  • Serving food and drinks (breakfast at 8-8.30 AM, lunch, dinner at 7.30 PM)
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Cleaning the flat (shared with a cleaner who comes from Monday to Friday)
  • Walking the dog (5 kilos) if / when necessary
  •  Shopping for groceries and cleaning agents
  • Accompanying the lady on her trips if necessary

Schedule
  • 5- 5.5  days/week
  • Days off: Thursdays, half of Saturdays

This is a live-in position. A room with a balcony and bathroom is provided.

Salary
​CHF 4000 - 5000 net per month
