Single Family Office is looking for a Client Service Manager for their office in London, United Kingdom.
This person will be fully responsible for ensuring that clients have a exceptional experience, have a passion for detail and exceed all clients expectations.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional standard of client services, including those core services linked to the management of private residences
- Be responsible for providing tailored services to individual clients whilst ensuring consistency of services across the international portfolios of properties
- Ensure all client visits have an outstanding experience of both the service and the location they are visiting, being proactive at all times.
- Be responsible for ensuring that any and all client requests are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Service improvement which provide recognised value to our clients
- Develop operational service excellence by utilising and implementing technology to ensure consistency in delivery, reduce cost and improve management information
- Manage the day-to-day activities of both permanent and temporary household staff to ensure flawless execution of our services
- Review and negotiate annual service contracts and insurances to ensure efficient, effective and exceptional property operation
- Efficiently procure operational supplies and equipment at all international properties
- Ensure operational transparency through regular property reporting that highlights opportunities, risk and issues relating to the effective operation of the property portfolio
- Work with Project Teams to ensure that completed projects seamlessly transition into well operating properties
- Actively develop our supply chain, building relationships with suppliers, to ensure that the Company and its clients always receive a priority service
- Monitor and manage supplier and employment agency performance
- Proactively propose ideas for activities and events that clients may wish to consider attending during their time in a location
- Be on call for client requests as required to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Ensure that all assets within the properties are properly recorded, monitored and maintained on behalf of our clients
- Take responsibility for ensuring the accurate use and regular updating of the electronic filing of documents and emails as well as the accurate hard filing of documents related to the operation of the properties
Profile requirement
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position within a luxury environment
- Fluent in English
- Very discreet and trustworthy
- Keen to learn
- High level of service
- Motivated and dynamic
- Multitasking
- Driving License
