Our UHNW client is looking for a Senior Private Personal Assistant fluent in both German and English to look after all the private business and activities of the family based in Europe.
​
Starting date : As soon as possible. Type of contract : Permanent position 
Location: London, UK - Remotely from home. 

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

​​
  • Dealing with all the family private matters and activities in order to make their private life easier 
  • Booking management: flights, cars, hotels, restaurants, events and running fluid communication with crew, pilotes and drivers. 
  • Organising and purchasing all things the family needs and send it to the family home base. IE: specific medicine, books, presents ect. 
  • Book and manage appointements: doctor, hairdresser, ect. 
  • Helping and supporting with all new private projects of the family: IE: find the best broker if the family wishes to buy a new property ect. 
  • Admin Management and financial control of all the private staff members related bills, payments :  Ie: Body Guards, Crew, housemaid ect. 
  • Running all communication with the family on WhatsApp exclusively 
  • Management of service providers and suppliers in all houses and apartment of the family IE: Builders, decorators,  painters etc... 

Profile requirement

  • Senior profile with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Dynamic, well organised and smart
  • Able to give a quick response to tasks given over by the family 
  • Available and flexible 
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages appreciated
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Expert in organising things perfectly and find the best solutions until perfection is reached​

  • Schedule : Full time, 5 days a week, flexibility required

PA Salary

From 4500 pounds net per month according to profile
