Full time F&B Attendant /Waitress Job Offer and Vacancy in Cape Town, South Africa
Our UHNW Client is looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants / Waitresses to work in their large Private Residence in Cape Town, South Africa.
For cultural reason we are looking for female candidates only.
The ideal candidates will have experience working in 5* hotels, have keen eye for details and will have experience accommodating for high-profile guests.
You will be required to welcome and serve the principals and their guests ensuring their every need is met, use your initiative and be attentive when serving guests and always be one step ahead.
You will join a team of staff to support this VVIP client and ensure the highest levels of service are provided at all times.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring VIP / UHNW guests are looked after to the highest standard
- Welcoming and greeting guests, taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
- Removing used place settings, glassware and cutlery form tables before being asked too
Profile requirement
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a waitress in 5* hotels
- Must have experience in top 5 Star Hotels
- Have excellent contactable references
- Be flexible to relocate

- Salary: The salary offered for the role will depend on the candidate’s previous earnings, skills, qualifications and experience
- Start: ASAP
