Housekeeper/Maid Job and Vacancy

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly professional housekeeper. A Russian family is looking for an experienced live-in housekeeper for its house in Devonne-les-Bains, France. 

Duties and responsibilities
  • maintenance of the cleanliness in the house
  • daily complex cleaning
  • washing and cleaning of curtains
  • care of clothes (including small repair), fur coats and footwear
  • care of house plants
  • laundry (washing machine, manual wash)
  • ironing
  • care for the VIP clothes, footwear
  • cooking when necessary (on special occasions for guests, European cuisine)
  • quality table layout and clean-up for guests (formal service required)
  • purchase of food and conditioning agents
  • small tasks performance
  • cleaning of carpets
  • replacement of bed linen, cleaning of beds
  • care of furniture and books
  • washing of windows when necessary
  • cleaning of the domestic territory and pool house
  • care of pets, walking of dogs (1 small dog)
  • babysitting but no more that 1-2 hours per day upon small child arrival to the house (VERY rare)

 Requirements
  • minimum 3 years’ experience 
  • full confidentiality rules submission
  • politeness and respect towards family members 
  • quiet work, overall tidiness 
  • positive recommendations from previous employers
