Full Time Travelling PA Job Offer and Vacancy in Newcastle, UK

We are looking for a top -notch Travelling Personal Assistant for our HNW client who is mainly based in Poland but comes to Newcastle, UK regularly for business. 
 
The Client also travels to other locations for business and pleasure and you will be required to accompany them.  

The Personal Assistant will be providing general support and a concierge service in each destination, anticipating and coordinating the trips in close collaboration with the clients' travel agency and the family office.  

The position is a full-time and to start immediately. There will be approximately 180 days of travel per year.  
Accommodation is provided when traveling. 

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting and assisting the principal during travels  
  • Travelling to Poland in advance 
  • Make sure hotels/properties are ready prior to arrivals  
  • Leasing with other members of staff 
  • Packing and unpacking luggage 
  • Preparing for travel and overseeing details in timely manner 
  • Researching restaurants / hotels / activities / shopping 
  • Scheduling appointments/ meeting. 
  • Booking restaurants 
  • Checking in / out hotels 
  • Management of clients' personal belongings (personal worksite helmet, etc.) 
  • Management of service providers and suppliers 
  • Liaising between the pilot and crew before travels

Profile requirement

  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar position 
  • Looking for long-term  
  • Trustworthy, organised person with an emotional intelligence  
  • Have an extensive network and knowledge of high - end destinations, hotels and restaurants  
  • Know how to work under pressure and be able to anticipate 
  • Strong command of English language, polish could be advantageous 
  • European driving licence required

Travelling Personal Assistant Salary

Depending on experience (around £60000 gross per annum) + 100 euros allowance during   travels
