Our client based in the exquisite area of Kensington, London, United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Laundress/Housekeeper with great attention to detail.

​They are a young and dynamic family, who currently employ a part/time housekeeper and they need a team player who is happy to be hands-on and help when necessary. 
​

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

​
  • Experienced in handling delicate and special care items to include silk and cashmere 
  • Washing and Steaming Clothes  
  • Ironing clothes and linen  
  • Wardrobe management and organisation of laundry  
  • Sorting and preparing items for dry cleaning  
  • You must also be happy to help in other areas of housekeeping if the need requires 
  • Help with some light cooking will be a big bonus 

Profile requirement

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in similar role, have very high standards, great organizational skills, and excellent knowledge about fabric care. 
 ​

Job Condition

  • ​This is a Part - Time role for 4 hours per day Monday to Friday, ideally afternoons.
  • Total of 20 hours per week. The client is flexible
​

Laundress/Housekeeper Salary

  • Self employed candidate with a salary of around £20 per hour
