Full Time Properties Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Paris, France
Our client is looking for a Properties Manager to look after three luxury appartements in Paris, 1st arrondissement, France. It is a permanent and full time position, starting as soon as possible
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Supervise the effective operation of each Property (as instructed to do so by Employer pursuant to the Agreement)
- Keep all operational processes under review, regularly (at least quarterly) making proposals and setting forth business cases to Employer on areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the clients’ experiences of their Properties,
- Line manages the house managers of each Property (as required by Employer), ensuring that they have the support, guidance and challenge required to be successful in their roles; and ensuring that they are delivering a consistently exceptional service at each Property.
- Ensuring full transparency of operations to Employer and its representatives through regular reporting, continually available monitoring, and regular briefings.
- Coordinating with the representative of Employer and oversee all aspects of each Property, including maintenance and upkeep, engagement of insured vendors (plumbers, electricians, party planners, florists, carpet cleaners, etc.) and expenses.
- Identifying maintenance and repair issues and immediately reporting by telephone to the representative of Employer any damage or threatened damage to any Property or any defects in the structure, fabric or services at any Property.
- Supervising household installations, trades and vendors for interior and exterior and seasonal projects and reporting such to the representative of Employer
- Overseeing, supporting and training Housekeeping staff; including inductions, prepare house manuals, appraisals and reviews and probationary meetings. Arrange regular recorded training of house staff to ensure they provide exemplary levels of service and housekeeping.
- Providing general household support, including assisting the Family (as and when directed) in relation to the Family’s personal affairs and engagements.
- Accountable for the cleanliness, care of special finishes and tidiness of the Properties, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within a reasonable time frame to the highest possible standards.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for, inspected and presented according to standards.
- Overseeing the care of art, antique and other collections.
- Responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Properties.
- Providing the day-to-day running of the Properties to maintain the highest standards and efficiency.
- Coordinating with the representative of Employer and assisting with event planning.
- Providing high quality guest services in a professional, courteous and accommodating manner to guests and outside service providers.
- Greeting of guests and visitors.
- Management and monitoring household inventories.
- Attending to general requests as needed
- Submitting written reports on the operation and management of the Property to the representative of the Employer on a monthly basis and at other intervals as requested.
