We are looking for our client located in Montreal, Quebec, a Houseman to perform the maintenance of the apartment. The ideal candidate should be a discreet and dynamic person.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- General property maintenance
- Maintenance of artworks
- Run errands and groceries
- Inventory of cleaning products and special cleanings
- Extensive maintenance during the absence of the owners
- Delicate laundry cleaning
- Management of employer requests
- Communicate and welcome suppliers, service providers, subcontractors
- Help to prepare family meals
- Ensure the the apartment is always in order, organized ans looks presentable
- Reporting of anomalies to the employer
Profile requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a private household as Houseman
- Speak English or French
- Discreet and trustworthy person
- Dynamic and organized person
- Be independent and invest in the work
- Driving license is required
Conditions

Houseman Salary
