Full Time Estate Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Naples, Florida, USA
UHNW client is looking for a top notch House/Estate Manager to oversee a 25,000 sq. foot waterfront property in Naples, Florida, US.
This is a part-time property used by the family twice a year (during Easter and Christmas) for 3-4 weeks at a time.
The client also employs a full-time head housekeeper and two housekeepers at the property, and there are multiple contractors (pool maintenance, gardeners, etc). The principals normally bring extra staff when they arrive (butler, nannies, chef, etc).
The right candidate must have exceptional communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Estate Manager will communicate with the client remotely (the client lives abroad) , he/she has to be intelligent, articulate, and capable of writing good reports, analyzing and presenting data efficiently.
This a permanent full-time position, start as soon as possible.
The position is live out.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the estate
- Project management (Manage landscape and small renovation projects)
- Effectively communicate with contractors and vendors
- Being on top of everything
- Troubleshooting
- Regularly inform the owners about progress
- Write comprehensive formal reports
- Manage inventories
- Look after artwork and precious items
- Supervise household staff
- Prepare the property for the family arrival
- Assist in organizing events (not often)

Job Condition
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, approx. from 9 am to 5 pm, on call in case of emergency; Flexibility is a must during the family visits.
Estate Manager Salary
Top salary for the right candidate; housing allowance can be provided for non-local candidates.
