Our client, a successful businessman, is looking for an experienced Russian and English speaking Travelling estate Manager for coordination and maintenance of several households in different countries.
The position will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine, but the House Manager must have the possibility to travel to other objects and households owned by the family, such as properties in Odessa (Ukraine), Switzerland, Latvia and South Africa .
The house manager will have 8 properties and around 12 staff under supervision. This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- First and foremost: searching, hiring and training new personnel (housemaids, chefs, maintenance workers)
- Coordinating personnel at the households
- Coordinating service companies (Internet, water supply, electricity, etc)
- Daily running of the household
- Keep an inventory of all household supplies
- Maintain an approved products list for home and personal items
- Shop for household items
- Wine cellar and smart home systems management.
- Prepare home for occasional events. Coordinate with vendors as needed for holiday decor
- Maintain a filing system for household needs (e.g. car registrations, maintenance contracts, warranties, contractor bids, etc.).
- Order supplies and monitor inventory.
- Plan and coordinate children and family activities and events.
- Shipping various packages; manage returns
- Care of clothing and care of fine china, silver, crystal – coordinating the person that will do it manually
- Care and inventory of artwork and antiques
- Maintenance of automobiles
- Security of their employer and residence
- Co-ordination and scheduling of service contractors
Profile requirement
- Fluent/native Russian speaker
- Literate and fluent in English
- Knowledge of Italian will be a plus
- Driving licence
- Available to travel
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum two years experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage services. Previous customer service required, with an emphasis in the Hospitality Industry preferred
- Should have an eye for and be detail oriented
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent personal appearance and ability to present oneself.
- Prompt, courteous and organized, honest, trusting and trust-worthy, friendly, but not familiar, and reliable.
- Highly self-motivated, dynamic personality.
- Excellent human relations skills.
- Must be highly flexible and committed to adapt to schedule changes and demands.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
