Lovely family living in Ramatuelle (Var), French Riviera  is looking to hire a qualified Travelling Butler to ensure a high quality of service throughout the home and the other properties (France, UK, Sweden and USA).

Position to be filled asap –  Freelance required only
Live-in position.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

  • ​Ensuring proper services 
  • Meeting guests and taking care of their needs
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and order in the property 
  • Table setting
  • Service meals and drinks, cleaning table
  • Providing service during the family’s events 
  • Packing and unpacking of suitcases
  • Liaising with Chef and housekeepers in order to coordinate and ensure their proper working 
  • process
  • Cooking during Chef’s absence
  • Management and coordination of service providers (drivers, airplane pilots, etc.)
  • Liaising with Personal Assistant and making reports on the performed work
  • Running errands
  • Chauffeur upon request

Profile requirement

  • 5 years minimum experience in similar environment 
  • Service and detail oriented 
  • Versatility and autonomy required 
  • Proactive approach to the role
  • Knowledge of etiquette and service standards
  • Good knowledge of technology (tablet, Iphone ..)
  • Team worker and good stress resistance 
  • Speaking English and French 
  • Clean driving license 
  • Flexibility and ability to travelling
  • Vaccined against covid
