Head Housekeeper Job and Vacancy
We are looking for a Head Housekeeper/Manager for a large private Estate in North London. Urgently needed. The house is A2 listened residence with 15 bedrooms and en suites. The house is completely private but runs like a 5 star hotel and is very busy most of the year with friends and family members staying over.
The owner and his wife are VVip's and this is a confidant position.
You will be leading a team of 5 maids, 2 cleaners, 2 gardeners. You will have your own office where you will be in charge of all rotas, daily schedules, ordering, overtime records and overtime time pay, etc.
This is not a 5 day a week job offer as you will be managing your time by yourself but you have to make sure that everything is running smoothly. You have to provide a 24 h cleaning service as this is required by the owner. Additional staff can be hired after approval from the Manager of Estate.
You will be offered a 2 bedroom furnished flat on the grounds. Most of the staff are living on the Estate. There are 5 cottages available for staff usage. All bills are paid and there is a chef in place to cook for the staff.
Very good salary for the right candidate.
