An experienced French Pastry Chef is required for a long-term position in a palace in Doha, Qatar.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of pastry and desserts
- Scheduling the recipes to prepare
- Preparing food quickly and just as good
- Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment
- Should organize the staff schedule
- Design the menu
- Keep an inventory
- Store everything properly and in order
- Handle food as hygienically as is possible
- Remembering all the multiple orders and easily assemble them to the order.
- Monitor food for freshness and safety
- Maintain a clean kitchen and store ingredients properly
- Knowing when food has gone bad
- Reporting to a head
- Talk to fellow cooks to make sure the food is delivered hot and delicious
Profile requirement
- Experience working as a pastry chef in a palace
- Excellent references
- French speaker
- Possession of good communication skills
- Know the proper technique in food preparation
- Should be able to multitask
- Possess a high degree of cleanliness
Conditions
- Schedule: Flexible hours, 6 days per week
