Our client is looking for a dependable and hands-on Office Manager/Executive Assistant who would manage the relationships with contractors, ensure daily running of the client's house and office in the Miami Beach area, FL, USA.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee all contractor bookings
- Process invoices
- Overseeing house inventories
- Supervise domestic staff (around 6 people)
- Liaising with the Family Members and their office in London
- Maintenance plan - To check and ensure house maintenance has been scheduled and put in place for each season
- Organisation
- Hiring/Firing (HR)
- Quality control
- House budgeting/accounting preparation
- Logistics when moving House
- Implementing peak/off peak staff placement procedure
- Ensure all insurance policies and necessary contracts are in place
Profil requirement
- Experience in a similar position
- Ideally HR/payroll background
- All-rounder, very hands-on person (no delegation)
- Based close to Miami Beach
- Attention to detail
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Able to provide high standard service
- Able to work autonomously without much supervision
- Driving licence
- Allowed to work in the USA
- Flexible and adaptable
- Hard working and professional
Job Condition
40 hours per week over 5 days per week – with potential to work overtime.
Office Manager Salary
$120 000 -125 000 per year; excellent bonuses, paid time off; annual salary review.
