This role has responsibility for a beautiful and expansive estate property in Naples, Florida that operates like a five-star boutique luxury hotel.
The individual we are looking for demonstrates the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion; while also utilizing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop positive working relationships with the estate’s principal, estate staff, contractors, vendors, and others.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working in concert with and under the guidance of the Estate Manager, responsible for all aspects of housekeeping, building out the team (full time, contract, casual staff) as required during peak season
• Ensuring all daily housekeeping duties are executed to the highest standard while respecting the principles standards and being mindful and cognizant of principle and guest preferences
• Be open to, suggest and manage evolving duties and responsibilities
• Liaise and provide appropriate service levels to principle and guests
• Schedule and execute larger cleaning projects on weekly, monthly or annual basis.
• Interior cleaning of all residences (principle, guest, staff, boathouses.)
• Ensure exterior cleaning and maintenance of all outdoor “living areas” including cleaning of patio furniture, sweeping of walkways etc.
• Purchasing and inventory control where applicable
• Ensure the residences are as pristine and welcoming as possible.
• Anticipate the needs of the principal and guests in advance of arrival and ensure that all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Ensure appropriate care of fine items such as wardrobe, artwork, and other valuables.
• Manage performance, set expectations, delegate assignments to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all staff are trained to meet five star standards of the estate
• Set up staff schedules, approve time sheets and other related team management responsibilities.
• Work respectfully with other household staff, contractors, vendors and others to ensure successful operation of the estate.

Profil requirement
• Ideally, have previous strong experience as a Housekeeper for an ultrahigh net worth principle/s.
• Excellent housekeeping & laundry skills and knowledge of cleaning and maintaining luxury surfaces and care of fine items
• Must be flexible with work schedules for occasional events (pre, during and post event activities) and have had experience scaling up or down as required and familiar with high season demands (can have up to 70 guests at peak)
• Must be service oriented with strong communication skills
• Must be gracious and able to handle difficult situations in a professional, calm solution minded manner
• Must be highly self-motivated and engaged, fueled with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement
• Must have solid comfort and experience working in roles that have evolved continuously in terms to scope, scale, duties and responsibilities
• Must be able solution oriented, able to think outside the box, and have demonstrated ownership and accountability and a team orientation
• Must be familiar with self-managing their schedule, used to working successive long days during peak seasons
• Be able to anticipate and proactively prepare and execute on estate/principle/s/guest needs
• Strong ability to multi-task with excellent time management
• Demonstrated pride and enthusiasm to fulfill requirements
• A self-starter that can work effectively without constant supervision
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Individual must have a polished and well-groomed professional appearance

Job Condition
- This position is a full-time permanent opportunity.
- Days of work are typically Monday to Friday however there will be times that additional time is required outside of the normal schedule, particularly during peak seasons. For example, this role will require regular weekend work during winter months.
