A lovely family with 2 children in Essendon, Hertfordshire, UK are looking for a live-in domestic couple for their 15,000 sqm property with a swimming pool and large garden.
The couple will work as a housekeeper/nanny/cook and houseman/chauffeur/gardener. They are looking for a friendly, warm, yet professional couple to assist them with their daily life.
The ideal couple must be fluent in English, have previous experience working for a private family, child friendly and must be happy to relocate.
Accommodation will be provided, a self-contained apartment that can be fully furnished. This is a full-time and permanent position, to be filled as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Keeping the house clean and tidy
- Cleaning of glass and marble surfaces
- Caring for the large garden - Trees and hedges shaping, mowing, growing of vegetables
- Chauffeur duties - driving the couple to events, the principal to work and meetings
- Pool maintenance
- Cooking healthy meals when requested
- Babysitting the children when needed, at least one weekend a month
- Laundry and ironing
- Running errands
Profil requirement
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience working for private families
- Experience working with children and pets
- Experience with luxury cars
- Clean driver's license
- Checkable references
- Fluent in English
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Warm, calm and professional
- Eligible to work in the UK
Job Condition
- Position to start: As soon as possible
- Contract type: Permanent and full-time
- Working hours: 5 days a week - 7.30 am - 7.30 pm (flexibility required)
Domestic Couple Salary
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 gross annual salary
- Accommodation provided – Self-contained apartment (can be fully furnished)
- Can provide vehicle if needed
