Our client is looking to hire a professional and experienced Domestic Couple of Caretakers to help manage a 1 200 acre sporting estate in historic Keswick Virginia, US.
It is a family property with a lodge, manor house and several outbuildings where the family entertains, rides horses and hunts game (deer, dove, turkey, quail).
The house is mainly used during spring and fall + some weekends, and holidays. It is a full-time position. Start: Summer 2021 or sooner.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Assist in smooth running of the household and the estate
- Prepare the house for the arrival of family and guests
- Concierge service
- Driving (airport pickup, etc)
- Shopping for the household
- Helping with housekeeping and cleaning (there is a full-time housekeeper)
- Some cooking when required
- Assist with dinner parties and events
- Liaise with other staff, vendors, etc
Profil requirement
- Experience in a similar position with checkable references
- Understanding of service
- Good presentation
- Pleasant and respectful
- Discreet people
- Love the countryside
- Looking for a long-term commitment
- Driver's license
- Eligible to work in the US
Job Condition
- Schedule : 5 days per week; flexibility is required. Sometimes the couple will have to work on weekends.
- Conditions: It is a Live-in position. The couple will be provided with a cottage on the farm (suitable for pets but unfortunately not suitable for couples with children).
Domestic Couple Salary
$150,000 per couple + benefits (to be discussed)
