Vip Family based in Coral Gables, Miami, Florida, USA is looking fro Hire a Live-in House Manager to keep the day-to-day operations of the 7 bedroom house running smoothly.
The House Manager would be required to supervise the head housekeeper and housekeeper cook and to oversee the work of outside contractors.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on with all administrative and PA duties in order to assist the Principal in his daily life.
We are looking for tech savvy, hands-on individuals with a can-do attitude and excellent oral and writing English communication skills.
The ideal candidate must be able to travel with the Principal 5 month a year mainly to Turkey and England or on a private Yacht in the Mediterranean Sea during summer holidays with his daughters.
We are looking for English and Turkish speaking candidates.
Accomodation is provided.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Receiving and managing any mails and packages
- Being hands-on with all administrative and PA duties, including running reports, paying bills, budgeting, managing household schedules
- Packing and unpacking when required
- Looking after the Principal’s guests
- Table flower arrangement when required
- Strong knowledge of the silver plate service (mainly informal but occasionally when the Principal hosts dinner, formal silver plate service will be required)
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervising any projects (I.e. landscaping project)
- Personal assistant duties for the Principal such as running reports, answering phone calls
- Shopping for food, supplies and other requested items
- Overseeing procurement of household goods
Profile requirement
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working in a similar environment
- Must be able to travel with the Principal at least 5 month a year (mainly to England and Turkey and/or on a private yacht)
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English
- Tech savvy
- Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organised
- Good hospitality and Economics knowledge
- Good manners and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Trustworthiness and can-do attitude
- Pro active and quick thinker (able to solve any problems independently)
- Must have the rights to work in the US (ie. Work permit)
- Fluent in English and Turkish
