A lovely family of five is looking to hire a housekeeper/cook to support them with daily housekeeping duties in their large property in Hampstead, London, United Kingdom.
They are looking for a hands-on and trusted housekeeper who will ensure the house is kept organised, clean and tidy at all times even when the Principals are away.
The housekeeper should also be able to cook diversified meals for the Principals and relatives (up to 6 people).
The ideal candidate must be discreet, responsible, flexible, proactive and energetic. We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.
This position is live-in and accommodation is provided.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of property at all times even when the Principals are away
- General household cleaning to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing
- Keep on top of the laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Driving (do the necessary shopping, running errands, etc.)
- Engaging and overseeing the work of outside contractors
- Cooking diversified meals (knowledge in cooking halal food would be a plus) for up to 6 people
- Managing all ad-hoc activities
- Maintaining inventory of supplies
- To ensure a home is kept organised, clean and tidy
Profile requirement
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working within private households
- Responsible and hands-on
- Hard worker and proactive
- Able to take initiatives and demonstrates leadership
- Above and beyond attitude as well as can-do attitude
- Flexible and committed
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Good manners and professionalism
- A keen eye for details and a good capacity to adapt to any request or situation
