Full time Live-in Family Private Chef Cook Job Offer in Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Description
Family of five, two adults and three teenage girls is looking for a Live-in Private Family Chef Cook near Staffordshire, UK with previous experience in private households.
The principals are looking for a private Chef who has expertise in different type of cuisines and knowledges in nutritious, healthy diet.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be open to travel with the principals 3 month a year when the girls are competing. We are looking for someone energetic, dynamic and cheerful.
Accommodation is provided (two bedroom furnished flat with a kitchen and lounge area) We are looking for a candidate to start end of November.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Plan menus according to the Employer’s needs. Menus should be healthy and well-balanced.
- Maintain high levels of presentation
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Stock and organise kitchen
- Deep clean kitchen including equipment and supplies regularly
- Maintain daily communication with Employers regarding requests for meals and any requirements for the kitchen and/or food preparation
Profile requirement
- Experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment

- Responsible, discreet and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic – willing to work hard to impress and can demonstrate a high level of
- commitment and a good ability to work under pressure
- A keen eye for details and a good capacity to adapt to any request or situation
- Expertise in different type of cuisines and very good knowledge of diabetic diet
- Able to work independently
- Must work in a clean and tidy manner maintaining the kitchen to high standards
