A family based in Maidenhead, UK of two is looking for a Private chef cook with experience in private households and Michelin star restaurants.
The Private chef must have expertise in different type of cuisines and knowledges in diabetic diet. The private chef will be working in a fully staffed household. He will be working independently.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, able to work independently, and confident in his role. Strong emphasis in a high emotional intelligence.
We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Plan menus according to the Employer’s needs and dietary restrictions (diabetic diet). Menus should be light and not heavy
- Maintain high levels of presentation
- Prepare and serve lunch and dinner
- Plan and prepare food for small family dinner parties once a week
- Stock and organise kitchen
- Deep clean kitchen including equipment and supplies regularly
- Maintain daily communication with Employers regarding requests for meals and any requirements for the kitchen and/or food preparation
Profile requirement
- Experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in private households and in Michelin star restaurants (preferably HNW and VIPs clients)
- Availability and flexibility
- Longevity and ready to commit for a long term position
- Trustworthy
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Driving licence is required
- Strong work ethic – willing to work hard to impress and can demonstrate a high level of commitment and a good ability to work under pressure
- A keen eye for details and a good capacity to adapt to any request or situation
- Expertise in different type of cuisines and very good knowledge of diabetic diet
- Able to work independently
- Must work in a clean and tidy manner maintaining the kitchen to high standards
Job Condition
- Position : Live-out private chef Start date : As soon as possible
- Location: Maidenhead, UK
- Employment contract: Full-time contract from 10am to 8pm from Mon to Fri (must be flexible)
