An office manager is looking for a Bilingual Family Office Administrative Assistant in order to handle her daily secretariat. The position is based in Monaco.
This is a full-time and permanent contract, to start as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Managing the administrative part
- Planning and organizing professional and personal meetings
- Calendar management
- Treatment of different files
- Handling relations with service providers ( banks, lawyers… )
- Organizing private business trips
- Various administrative tasks upon manager’s needs
Profil requirement
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar experience
- Trustworthy and organized person
- Dynamic and pleasant on a daily basis
- Good redaction skills
- Mobile and flexible candidate
- Bilingual in French and English – English will be a plus
Job Condition
- Position to start : As soon as possible
- Work placement : Monaco and Mobile
- Working contract : Permanent contract
- Working hours : full-time position – from Monday to Friday - Flexible
- Accommodation provided during travels
- Trial period : 3 months
