House Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Phoenix, Arizona, USA Description

Our business professional and his family require the services of a Professional House Manager or Domestic Management Couple to support the household service staff in the daily duties and high level of services in Phoenix, AZ, USA.
​
​In addition, this very demanding but very rewarding position, requires the Manager /s to be a hands on and all-encompassing Butler to always be at the disposal of his/her employer for a range of important duties as a family representative.
 
As representative of the household staff and household manager, the Household Manager or Domestic Management Couple will be required to step into any staff position in the home during cases of absence or emergency.  Full residential, schedule and household responsibility will be given to the Manager/s to ensure the smooth and hospitality driven environment remains bespoke and of the highest quality at all times.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

​​Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited 
​
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work 
  • Supervising in-house projects 
  • Handling household bills and administrative duties 
  • Running errands and performing necessary tasks 
  • Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chef and maintenance teams 
  • Recon expenditure of the luxury villa & future developments
  • Oversees the general operation of the luxury villa 
  • Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events 
  • Managing household calendars, visits and schedules 
  • Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects 
  • Completing any other requested administrative tasks 
  • Understanding of food and beverages, all food & beverage stock levels and service related tasks
  • Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly 
  • Able to act as a Butler when and where required 
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high profile clients and guests 
  • Demonstrate ability to foresee situations and expectations
  • Manage the home office and all support accounts, third party supplier accounts and staff payroll 
  • Implementation of standards, operating procedures and hotel based services.

Profile requirement

​​Work experience and Skills: 
  • Proven experience with contactable references _ Ultra Luxury Home or Boutique Hotel Environment
  • 6 or more years related experience

Job Condition
Purpose of the Position: 

Providing high quality and standard in delivery of tasks to ensure the property is managed and run as a Private Bespoke Hotel-like environment for the Principal and his family consisting of a wife, three children and support staff. 
​

Complete care for the employer's luxury 13,000 sqf home, its soft services and all tasks that correlate to ensuring the needs of the villa are adhered to and maintained accordingly. 
 ​
