Our VIP client is hosting a birthday gathering for three family members (4 in total), for a four day period in a luxury cabin located in Davis, West Virginia, USA. They will require the full time services of a Private Chef from noon on the 17th of September 2020 till noon on the 20th of September 2020.
The most suited Chef for this event will have a great personality, be vibrant in cuisines such as Caribbean & Mediterranean fusion. Full hands on responsibilities with regards to the menu design, prior mise en place and bar tending during the four days will be highly rewarded.
Accommodation is provided.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
• Prior menu design & grocery procurement for fresh produce
• Delicious Caribbean & Mediterranean inspired cuisine
• Full mise en place
• Offering several choices, variations and exciting dishes and snacks during the stay
• Serving and/or setting up buffet style, family style
• Bartending service after meal preparation & after dinner
• Adding to the celebratory ambience of the occasion
• Cleaning the kitchen at all times
Profil requirement
• 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Experience with Caribbean & Mediterranean cuisine
• Patience & Personality
• Flexibility during the 4 day function
• Impeccable hygiene
Job Condition
- Contract : Noon 17th till Noon 20th September 2020
- Accommodation : one bedroom with bathroom in the villa
