Our client is looking for an assistant (M/F) around Lucerne, Switzerland for his company, to work in a team with other team members.
The candidate will need to have experience in finance, accounting and administration, and will have to know the area very well, in terms of administrative regulations.
This is a live-out position to be filled immediately.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Accommodate special projects and deal with shifting priorities
- Planning and organizing meetings (mostly via conference calls)
- Taking action points and writing minutes
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Calendar management
- Recording and paying invoices
Profile requirement
- Associate's degree in Business Administration
- Experience in finance, accounting and administration
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software package
- Data entrance experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Speaking Arabic would be a plus

Assistant Salary
- Salary : 7500 CHF net/month
