Personal Assistant Job Offer in Ealing, London, United Kingdom Description
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant who can speak Arabic, Spanish and English. The PA will be working in an office in London and also will have to check on the client’s house in Ealing, London, UK when the client is away.
The client is involved in the sports and entertainment industry, and the PA will be required to travel internationally (the Middle East, Spain, etc) from time to time to assist the client in organising different events.
The position will be suitable for someone who is flexible, reliable, dedicated and interested in the business of sports.
Start: 1st September 2020. This is a full-time position.
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Organise meetings, manage the client’s agenda
- Travel arrangements (booking accommodation, tickets, etc)
- Handling email correspondence, answering phone calls
- Accompany the client to business meetings if needed
- Liaise with the client’s accountant and business partners
- International travel
- Checking on the client’s house when he is away, liaising with the staff
- Running errands
Profil requirement
- Able to speak English, Spanish and Arabic
- Professional
- Flexible
- Willing to learn
- Trustworthy and hard working
- Literate in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to travel abroad when necessary
Job Condition
Typically Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturday nights (when there are sports events)
Personal Assitant Salary
£25,000 gross per year plus benefits (up to £40,000 with the bonuses and benefits)
