Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Lucerne, Switzerland Description
A part time administrative/executive assistant (M/F) is required to work for a UHNW family near Lucerne, Switzerland.
The candidate will be able to work either 3 days a week or 5 days a week with shorter hours. Experience in finance, accounting and administration is required. This is a live-out position to be filled as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Accommodate special projects and deal with shifting priorities
- Planning and organizing meetings (mostly via conference call)
- Taking action points and writing minutes
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Calendar management
- Recording and paying invoices
- Preparing monthly accounts and preparation and hand over to the accountant for VAT preparation
- Working closely with service providers
- Follow up on VAT payments
- Invoice settlement administration
- Travel, business and private accounts monitoring
Profil requirement
- Minimum 5 years of office experience
- Speak English and German
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills
