Experienced live-in housekeeper and mother’s help required for mother and 2 children living in fully-refurbished five bedroom, 4 floor chalet in the mountains, in Verbier, Switzerland.
Housekeeping is primary task, but some help in taking the children to school and activities is required.
The Housekeeper will work in a chalet located on a hill at 1700m altitude, around 2 km from the town centre, for this reason the candidate has to be physically fit and comfortable driving a four-wheel drive car on snow.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the chalet
- Deep and regular cleaning
- Laundry and ironing to a high standard
- Cooking for the family (at least one meal a day)
- Driving children to/from school if needed
- Some babysitting when required
- Shopping, running errands
- Travel with the family to Greece and the UK
Profil requirement
- Minimum 5 years full time housekeeping experience
- Minimum 2 years live-in experience
- Must be organised
- Happy to live in the mountains
- Have a clean driving licence and be comfortable driving in all conditions
- Able to clean and iron to high professional standards, as well as cook to simple recipes for family with two children, (13 and 9).
- Experience with children is important
- Calm, good natured, can-do disposition and discretion
- Proven organization in running a household solo is essential
- Spoken English, Italian is a bonus
- Familiarity with Whats App and the internet important
- References and criminal record check required
- Must be able to travel to EU without a visa and willing to travel during school holidays to Greece and the UK
