Job description
A family of 4 is looking for a live-in Housekeeper for their 400 m2 house in Verbier, Switzerland. This is a long-term opportunity for a loyal and dedicated candidate.
The Housekeeper will work in a 4-storey chalet located on a hill at 1700m altitude, around 2 km from the town centre, for this reason the candidate has to be physically fit and comfortable driving a four-wheel drive car on snow.
In the summer, the housekeeper will be required to travel with the family to their holiday house in Greece where she will mainly be required to assist with childcare duties (children are 13 and 9 years old).
Start: February 2020.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the chalet
- Deep and regular cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Cooking for the family
- Driving children to/from school if needed
- Some babysitting when required
- Shopping, running errands
- Travel with the family to Greece in the summer
Profil requirement
- Experience in a similar position
- Confident driver (able to drive a 4X4 car on snow)
- Organised
- Trustworthy person with checkable references
- Fluent English or French
- Non-smoker
- Able to swim
- Looking for a long-term commitment
- Flexible
Job Condition
Working hours: 5.5 days/week, 50-55 hours (Monday to Friday – from 7:30 am to 7:30-8 pm with 3 hours break; on Saturdays from morning until afternoon)

Salary and package
4000 CHF net per month. A separate studio flat and food will be provided by employers.
