Job description
UHNW family is looking for a qualified, experienced and hands-on domestic couple in order to look after their 5 bedroom property in Miami Florida, US.
The family spends in the property approximately 3-4 months per year. The candidates must have experience of long-lasting relationships with their former employers and perfect references. The start as soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Keeping the property clean and well organized at all times
- Cleaning the property to a high standard (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, etc)
- Preparing the property to the principals’ arrival
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Laundry and ironing
- Taking care of delicate linen, expensive and designer clothes
- Cooking meals when the family is in the property (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Table setting
- Property maintenance (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, etc)
- Performing handyman duties (minor repair works :painting, troubleshooting etc.)
- Maintenance of the swimming pool
- Performing chauffeur duties for the family and guests
- Taking care of garden and terraces
- Product inventories and equipment maintenance
- Liaising with vendors
- Ensuring security
- Sending reports to the owners
- Running errands
Profil requirement
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Domestic Couple
- Perfect references from previous employers
- Excellent cleaning, laundry and ironing skills
- Excellent experience with valuable items, marble, wooden floors, fine furnishing, natural stones
- Good cooking skills
- Experience in taking care of delicate fabrics and design clothing
- Gardening and maintenance skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Flexible and available
- Discreet
Job Condition
Schedule:
5 days per week / 8 hours per day (when the principles are absent)
5-6 days /8-12 per day (when the principals are in the property)
Accommodation:
A separate furnished cottage will be provided.
