Our client based in Kuwait city, Kuwait, is currently looking for a female travelling house manager/Personal assistant. The candidate must be female due to cultural reasons.
They are searching for a motivated and discreet candidate who will be delegating and managing the household staff and assisting the female principal as and when required.
Travel is essential with this role.
Profile
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in providing formal service
- Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
- Compatible with Middle Eastern culture
- Discreet
- Professional and motivated
- Able to work as part of a team
- Higher education is a plus
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring the household runs smoothly
- Liaising with contractors
- Overseeing the work of junior household staff
- Management of principal’s schedules/diary
- Maintaining silverware and crystal
- Managing stock and supplies
- Carrying out inventory
- Preparing luggage
- Reinforcing household protocols among staff and guests
- Packing / unpacking if required
- Travelling when required
Schedules: To be discussed
Salary: Negotiable
