Domestic couple Job
Lovely family based in Cannes, South of France, is looking for a Guardian couple to take over the whole management of the property.
Duties and Responsibilities
- General housekeeping of the property (cleaning, dusting, storage ...)
- Knowlegde of cleaning products
- Laundry and ironing duties
- Knowlegde of the treatment of delicate fabrics (silk, linen, cashmere ...)
- Prepare breakfasts occasionally
- Non-formal table service
- Management of the alarm system
- Guarding and security
- Maintenance of the pool, pool house, ponds and terraces
- Cleaning glass parts
- Maintenance and installation of garden furniture (deckchairs, armchairs, cushions ...)
- Controlling the access of the various external parties
- Relationship with providers (craftsmen ...)
- Reporting to the client’s representative
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in similar environnement
- Sense of organization
- Attention to detail required
- Skills for very high-end equipments
- Good knowledge of home automation
- Dynamic and physically fit person
- Fluent in French and English
- Sense of high-end service
- Knowledge in accounting reporting
- Driver’s license
Starting date : ASAP
Employment contract : Permanent – Full time
Accommodation : Live-in
Probation period : 2 months
Salary : From 4 000 € nets / month for the couple
