A new full time live out House manager/butler position is now available in a private property in St. James’ Square, London, UK. The client is looking for a energetic, team-spirited and proactive candidate.

Profile
- Candidate who is proactive and energetic

- Flexible, ability to work with others
- Candidate with some experience in similar position is a plus
- Must be flexible with hours when principal is in London residence
- Butler training is a requirement
Duties may include
- Liaising with builders and contractors
- Maintaining the property and general running
- Lift maintenance
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Silver service
- Formal table service for guests
- Ensuring all bills and paperwork are up to date
- Managing other staff
- Polishing silver
- Maintenance of antiques
- Travelling 2-3 times a year to Miami and South of France with principal
- Shopping, errands and any assistance the principal may need
- There will be some heavy lifting
Condition
- Working hours are 8.30-17.30 (includes 1 hr break) Mon-Fri
- Wages ok £50-£65 plus discretionary bonus, BUPA health insurance and pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Plus assistance with family travel and entertainment bookings (theatre etc.)
- This is a live out position.
