Cook/Housekeeper Job
A family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) based near Ashford, Kent, the United Kingdom is looking for a French speaking Cook/Housekeeper who would prepare tasty meals and take care of the house.
The employers are happy to bring the person from France and rent accommodation for them close to the house.
The right person has to be a confident cook (able to follow recipes and cook mainly French dishes). In most cases, the Cook/Housekeeper will prepare lunch for 2 people and evening meals for 6 people (the dishes do not have to be of a restaurant standard but they should be creative and tasty_more sophisticated than just lasagna for example).
When the person is not busy with cooking, they will have to help with organising and cleaning the house, some errands, shopping, etc.
Start: As soon as possible.
Requirements
- Native French speaker (so that the children could improve their French)
- Driving licence
- Confident cook
- Flexible person
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cooking tasty meals for the family
- Shopping for produce
- Changing beds
- Organising the house, helping with cleaning
- Running errands
Schedule: 5 days a week, sometimes weekends (flexibility required). Approximately from 8 am to 6.30 pm.
Salary: Negotiable.
