What is a Massage/Spa Staff?
Massage/Spa Staff Jo Description
Private spa staff such as masseur(se)s and manicurists are generally hired by high-profile individuals who are willing to invest in their public image.
Their primary role is to ensure their clients are immaculate at all times, especially prior to public speaking and/or televised appearances.
A masseur(se) is responsible for helping their clients relax, soothing any physical aches or pains they may have. This can be an invaluable treat for ultra-busy professionals looking to cool off or prepare for a demanding schedule. Masseur(se)s are also expected to offer advice on health issues, such as posture, stance, stress points and release etc...
Spa staff may also be expected to give high-quality manicures, pedicures, facials, or even hair removal. Equally, they may be required to travel with the client to maintain their appearance and state of relaxation at all times.
Masseur(se)s and other spa staff are required to undergo full training and should endeavour to gain an excellent understanding of the client’s physical health and relaxation needs.
