Executive Assistant Job
Company based in Monte-Carlo, Monaco is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the General Manager and strengthen the existing team.
The position is a full time with a permanent contract to start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in a team of multilingual management assistants
- Management of incoming and outgoing emails
- Managing phone calls
- Organization of the Executive's business trips
- Managing relations with the company partners
- Providing feedback and reports
- Writing emails from a voice recorder
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar professional environment
- Pro-reactive and discreet person
- Team player
- Excellent computer skills (PC, word, Powerpoint, excel ...)
- Bilingual French and English, other languages will be a plus
- Driver's license
Terms
- Employment contract: CDI (3 months’ probation)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
